With over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership—
I’ve developed a deep passion for helping institutions and entrepreneurs navigate complex organizational and people-related challenges.
I’ve learned many important things throughout my career, but none were as critical as understanding the importance of having a mentor and the importance of the supervisor role to the overall success of the organization and its employees. It is these two areas that have become my passion and the mission of my consulting practice
My career includes leadership roles at The University of Kansas School of Medicine, Colorado College, and Wesleyan University, where I led initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, streamline operations, and empower teams through thoughtful, data-informed strategies. I understand the nuances of human resources in mission-driven environments and enjoy helping others unlock their potential through practical, strategic solutions.
I'm currently based in Manchester, CT, but partner with clients anywhere, across the higher ed and small business sectors to create inclusive, effective workplaces.
When I’m not consulting, you’ll find me exploring local trails with my trusty sidekick, a poodle named Koa.
