With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping institutions navigate complex people-related challenges.
My career includes senior leadership roles at Wesleyan University, Colorado College, and the The University of Kansas School of Medicine where I led HR teams to strengthen workplace culture, create more efficient and effective HR processes, and provide opportunities to enhance leadership capacity across the organization. I understand the nuances of human resources in mission-driven environments and enjoy helping others unlock their potential through practical, strategic solutions.
I’ve learned many important things throughout my career, but none were as critical as understanding the importance of having a mentor and the importance of the supervisor role to the overall success of the organization and its employees. It is these two areas that have become my passion and the focus of my consulting practice.
I'm based in Manchester, CT, but partner with clients anywhere, across the higher education and small business sectors to create inclusive and effective workplaces.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring local trails with my trusty sidekick, a standard poodle named Koa or playing pickleball at the local courts.
